If you install Microsoft Teams before installing Horizon Agent, delete the %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Teams folder and relaunch Microsoft Teams. Horizon Agent must be installed before you install Microsoft Teams. See KB 86475 for supported agent and client versions

The Media Optimization for Microsoft Teams feature is installed by default. Linux clients (2106 and later) and Mac clients (2103 and later) are supported with 7.13.1 Agent and later. For more information, see the VMware Horizon Client for Windows Installation and Setup Guide. The Media Optimization for Microsoft Teams feature is installed by default with Horizon Client for Windows when using the interactive installation wizard. Note: Microsoft Teams web client is not supported with Teams Optimization Pack. The Enable E911 for Microsoft Teams group policy setting must be enabled to use the feature. Static E911 does not need location services to be enabled.

To support Dynamic E911 for Horizon Client, you must enable OS location services for the client app. Supported for Mac client (2111 and later) and Windows client (5.5.4 and later 2111 and later) only.
